Land Acquisition & Stewardship
Princeton Management analyzes market needs and locates land that is both conducive to residential or commercial expansion and is positioned to benefit the community.  We then design the highest and best use for that property to meet the needs of the population.  Key elements of this process include market and product segmentation, site evaluation, planning and zoning consultation, purchase negotiation and procurement.  

Land acquisition, however, is only one aspect of what we do.  At Princeton Management, we believe that land development is both a privilege and a responsibility. We work to create developments that complement the natural flow of the terrain.

Project Management
A fundamental service of Princeton Management is overall project management of the land development process.  From acquisition through the stages of development that result in construction-ready sites, Princeton Management facilitates plans, contracts labor, oversees construction and monitors progress to asure that projects are completed on-time and within budget.  We provide construction administration services including scheduling, quality control, change management, problem resolution and job safety.  As part of our overall services, we obtain governmental approvals and coordinate the activities of consultants, contractors and subcontractors and act as the disbursement control agent.  Princeton Management is poised to support builders or developers during any part of the development process, particularly those who are unfamiliar with locations where we may already have a presence.

Development Services
Our company offers development services for local land owners as well as investors by managing the process of preparing lots and construction sites for structures to be built.  This includes obtaining engineering specifications for the intended use, acquiring all regulatory approvals and making the property viable for construction.  We have extensive experience in the installation of development infrastructure including wastewater disposal systems, road construction, amenities and in providing interim management of homeowners associations.
